Sedlav is the brainchild of Elein Valdes who opened her enchanting shop because she “saw families who wanted to celebrate their daughter’s quinceañeras, proms, weddings and special occasions, but simply couldn’t afford it or didn’t have access to it.”
Not anymore.
Elein, who has extensive retail experience and lights up any room she walks into, told me joyfully, “I started selling dresses and realized there was a whole community not being seen.“
So she created a boutique where girls and women could enjoy a once-in-a lifetime experience that’s affordable with quality merchandise (to rent or buy) and, not to mention, its impeccable service.
It also happens to be a one-stop shop where you can create an entire look: jewelry, tiaras, heels (even cool blinged-out sneakers) and let’s not forget about THE dress.

I felt special in each look or as Elein would say, “It doesn’t matter where you’re from or what life has dealt you, you deserve to feel beautiful, you deserve to have your moment.”’
