Every time the holidays approach, my closet transforms into a magical, textured wonderland. I’m not gonna lie; it’s a major credit card flex and I’m okay with it.
Sequins, feathers, sparkles, fringe… you name it, all the fabulousness takes centerstage.
Dressing up for dinner parties, evening soirées or family get-togethers is a great way to celebrate your individuality, fashionably speaking.
Last year, my holiday Fashion Series “Sleigh the Holidays” was fun and festive. This year with full glam trending, I wanted something sophisticated yet over-the-top.
The roaring 20’s have always been an inspiration for me. I adore dropped waistlines, fancy headbands, detailed beadwork and small faux gemstone purses.
With trends like mixing sparkling, festive materials with elegant, comfortable styles, “Modern Day Gatsby” felt like the right fit.
For this Series, I didn’t want to focus on brands, per se. I wanted to wear what made me feel comfortable, vibrant and thankful.
Happy Holidays xo
